Our twist on the traditional dish from Peshawar, the Fish Chapli Kababs are made with ground Fish seasoned with coriander, dried pomegranate seeds and a unique blend of spices, shaped into a flat round patty.
HOW TO COOK
Preheat clean frying oil in a frying pan for shallow frying on a medium heat. Fry Fish Chapli Kabab for 5 minutes on this temperature and turn sides for even color while frying. Drain on paper towels for absorbing excessive oil.
