INGREDIENTS
Chicken Breast Meat, Lentil, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Table Salt and mixed spices.
HOW TO COOK
Preheat frying oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Place Chicken Shami Kabab in the pan and sear both sides for 5 minutes total or until equally crispy and perfectly brown. You may also coat the kabab with egg before frying. Drain on paper towels for absorbing excessive oil.
